This short course is recommended for those visiting Minamoto for the first time.The appetizer platter includes our specialty dishes, such as roasted game, caprese and carpaccio made with seasonal ingredients, and the main dish is from the ala carte menu, served one plate per person, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes and be satisfied with the volume! We also accept reservations on the day!
